Facility management services are governed by a separate written service agreement signed between Kamfms B.V. and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of services. Engagement begins only when a signed service agreement is in place.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Kamfms B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from our services beyond what is expressly covered in the relevant service agreement. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
