1. Data we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect: your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you include additional information such as a building address or phone number, we store that too. We do not collect payment data through this website.
We also collect basic analytics data — pages visited, referral source, browser type — through cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. Legal basis and purposes
We process contact form submissions under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to your enquiry is the direct purpose for which the data was submitted. If you become a client, the relevant contract provides the legal basis for processing related to service delivery.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for a further seven years to comply with Dutch accounting and tax obligations (Wet op de vennootschapsbelasting).
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with the following categories of processor, each bound by appropriate data processing agreements: email service provider, website hosting provider. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
Our service providers are based within the European Economic Area. If any transfer outside the EEA occurs, it will be governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances; and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data in transit.
